下記を間違った。
There are five shopping malls in the district of Richmond, all of ___ are far from the city center.
A. them
B. which

接続詞が無いと2つの完全な文章を繋げられないのでthemが選択肢から外れる。
自分が脳みそから引き出せなかったのは「先行詞の直後に関係代名詞が無い用法」

この用法になるのがnon-definitive relative clauseで使われる数量形容詞（most, all, some, many, both等）で「そのうちの～」という意味になる。
eg. I couldn’t understand her message, most of which was in French.
eg. I have two sisters, both of whom are married.
