何故か下記の構文解析時に受け身が正しいのでは？と思ってしまった。
The photo on the brochure needed to be reshot.

この機会にneed toの意味を纏めておく。
need toは「Sは～する必要がある」の意味。受け身にする時はneed to be Vppで「Sは～される必要がある」となる。

eg. I didn’t need to buy any book. They were all in the library.
eg. I need to go to the toilet.
eg. I need to get some sleep.
eg. The shirt needs to be washed.
